My sessions have been a huge help for me. My therapist has helped me understand why I feel the way I do and talked through skills I can use to manage my thoughts. I felt comfortable with her, as she put me at ease and had an empathic approach. I would highly recommend for those that require some help in managing depression and worry.

Dr Charlotte Curran and her select team of associates are a group of experienced, highly specialist Chartered Clinical Psychologists.  We specialise in offering Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) assessment and treatment to individuals aged 16 years and above who are experiencing difficulties with the way that they are feeling and difficulties with their behaviours.

Appointments are available remotely (video or telephone) and from our Bagshot (Surrey) and Teddington (Middlesex) clinics.
